Barewall: Arthur Berry 100

Project partners, Barewall, share more about Arthur’s life, amazing body of work and the artistic styles that influenced him. This article also features footage of Arthur talking about his work, and his process. This film was captured by Philip Donollan in 1977 and then used in a 1988 BBC film commission Artists on Film. This series featured British artists of the 20th century, and saw Arthur Berry’s work appear alongside the likes of L.S. Lowry, Francis Bacon and Barbara Hepworth.
